Need help with PC version of Forza Horizon 3!

So I bought the deluxe edition installed it all and it refused to start... it threw this error in event viewer "Activation of app Microsoft.OpusPG_8wekyb3d8bbwe!OpusReleaseFinal failed with error: The app didn't start. See the Microsoft-Windows-TWinUI/Operational log for additional information."

I tried all the fixes I could find thus far, new windows user, uninstall and reinstall dropping antivirus programs and am at a loss.. any help would be great. The event ID is 5973
