Nerf bastion pls

This game is really balances but the one thing that is nervewracking is bation, in high level plays he is not seen at all but in lower leves is always there and its simply anoying. This is my first week in overwatch, im level 30 and platinum, i can not improve my raiting because of this I know that genji is his counter but in low ratings he is not seen necause he is really hard to play
