Australian Servers are Terrible since Operation

Casual & Competitive servers have 5 + SV and 2 + Var. Wingman, a bloody 2 v 2 gamemode has 2 + SV & Var. The games a nightmare to play now because they've half-assed the servers and everyone suffers. The game has become unplayable at most points due to shots not registering unless you have 5 ping,. and even then there's moments where players who put 10 shots into someone wont kill the other and tag for 2 hits or so, due to the ridiculous lag on the servers. Its just pure laziness. Have other regions been suffering this at all?
