Anti-Radation Pills "buff"?

Anti-Rads have become so useless, I was thinking about what if we make them recyclable for at least 50 frags?

The usage for them are so small and negative that they are just left behind in crates or thrown away.

Maybe at least giving them the benefit of recycling for 25 or 50 fragments would make them a little more sought after at least early game.

Opinions?

Edit: or we can make Anti-Radiation pills have an IMMUNE effect to radiation for an X amount of time.
