Xperia M5 back light on but screen is black😰

Hey everyone, I have an Xperia M5 that I stopped using it a few months back because I had upgraded but my new phone is broken and I decided to go back to my Xperia, the issue is that even though the backlight, startup and charging sounds all work, the screen stays black... I have done all the google searches I could and tried every recommended solution and "fix". I've done the software repair through Xperia companion and now it says my phone is locked and I must unlock it to do anything but the screen is still back and doesn't do anything. Has anyone else had/heard of this issue? Does it need a new digitizer?
