Choosing a drone for real-time video streaming

I've been thinking of buying a small drone for personal leisure. I'd like to have one capable of real-time streaming videos to my iphone or home pc (a remote controller could also work). Since I'm a newbie, what would be a nice choice that could also have a decent outdoor operative range? Price range: 0-500$ (open to consider more costly models if they're worth their price)
