Hextech chests for IP?

Hi, so since I can not be the only person that does own all runes and champs already and has literally nothing to buy for IP anymore, how about making hextech chest purchaseable for IP at an amount that no player would do that doesnt have all champs/runes yet. Maybe for 10.000 IP. So I have atleast a small 'something', I can be excited for whenever I get another 10k.. :P
