Had a question about Neverwinter's experience boosters

I started playing again cause I felt like getting into an MMO and neverwinter was pretty fun for a short while when I played a rogue up until 15. I kinda stopped and never started again til now but I wanted to spend a bit to get my character up quicker. I purchased the Experience booster (40%) for 540 Zen on a hunter/ranger that I started, it says the experience booster is account-wide so that means when I double click it, all my characters (all 2 of them) get the bonus experience?
