What would you do? - '07 Mazda 3, iSport, 132K miles, just got my repair estimate...$4,900.

The title says it all...I'm thinking of buying a used Accord off lease. I need a family hauler that's safe. However; the repair shop thinks I can get 200k out of the Mazda because the engine and transmission are in good shape. I looked up the market value of the Mazda: trade in is $500-$1000, private party is maybe $1,500...would you sink the money in or just buy another car?
