Question about growth in new tank - short internodal spaces?

Hey everyone, still fairly new to the planted tank. I've had my tank set up for about 3.5 weeks now and I've noticed that since planting my moneywort and lloydiella, the internodal spacing on these plants has become much shorter as new leaves appear. Does this mean I'm lacking a strong enough light source? I'm currently using a Fluval AquaSky led light. What else might this indicate?

Tank specs: 33 gal 5 White Clouds ~10 ghost shrimp ~1 billion pest snails Moneywort, Lloydiella, Cyperus helferi, Anubias nana petite, Marimo ball AquaClear 70 Seachem Flourite Photoperiod: 7 hours pH: 7.4 Ammonia, Nitrites, and Nitrates: 0 Dosing Flourish Excel every other day and Flourish once a week
