Printrbot disconnecting at random

My Printrbot Simple Metal rev F is printing great when it finishes. It sometimes disconnects at 10% or at 90% remaining. The catch is that there is no consistency. Power supply is consistent output, in using the heated bed and am making sure that the laptop is not going to sleep. Curious if anyone has some insight as to what might cause this.
