In need of advice for using Bernardo Silva

I'm really struggling to find the right position for him and also to make the most of his stats to the point where I haven't been playing him. I use Hawk and whilst he's scored a few here and there his finishing and touch have been nowhere near what I expected, so any advice would be appreciated.
