I just received 50ml of CBD oil from Nuleaf and am not sure about dosage and how to ingest it.

Hi There,

I'm new here so forgive my ignorance. I'm trying CBD oil in the hopes of being able to replace my frequent use of ibuprofen from the various aches and pains of lifting/running and wrestling. I'm also hoping it will help with my infrequent but annoying insomnia. Last night I basically just placed half a dropper's amount underneath my tongue and held it for about a minute. Does that seem like an effective/proper method? Also, is Nuleaf the best company to purchase from? Thank you!
