POLONIEX SCAMMED ME

POLONIEX froze my account. Do not reply to it's own ticket which opened. It's over 8 days they have my account frozen and do not reply to support ticket. Never got even 1 reply. It sounds SCAM. They neither reply to my support ticket nor open my account. This is crypto world and your money can go 10-100x down in just 10 minutes but they have left me alone for 8 days in a support ticket which they opened and I haven't get a reply. Keep your coins in your hands not in these damn SCAMMERS hands.
