Could I get some advice on keybinds/control settings?

I've just grabbed a beta key, and I had a lot more trouble with the tutorials than I should, the mouse as camera is just way way to sensitive and some of the key choices are just awkward (like dash being on left shift, I actually tabbed out of the game at one point trying to press W plus dash)

So can anyone recommend me a better control scheme? (I'd prefer controller, but even with some kind of program mimicing the keyboard it seems you can't in any way customise the mouse controls other than sensitivity so that won't work too well)
