Do Northwestern ads around the city say anything about their programs?

Just wondering if Northwestern programs advertised on CTA and highway billboards are relatively easier to get into or don't receive the target # of applicants? I've seen ads for their programs from school of engineering, education etc. On the other hand, I haven't seen a single ad from our other prestigious institution-UChicago.
