A Few Dates & Still No Kiss, Need Some Help

(Me: M,24: Her F,22)

Keeping things simple here, I've been on three dates with this girl that I like and I still haven't made any moves to go for a kiss. The first date was very casual so I wasn't expecting anything really (it was moreso just to get to know each other as we didn't really know each other beforehand having met through other people), but the second and third date where more active and more "date" like scenarios (food, bowling, ice cream, drinks .. you get the point). Each date was a lot of fun. I easily make her laugh and smile, we always have deep and interesting conversation, and I can tell she is genuinely interested in my life and enjoys my company. Heck, even after our second date which went very well and was lots of fun; I felt like I failed because I never went in for a kiss, but she still reached out to me that same night to set up another date for the following day (which we did for a third date). But again, despite a great evening with lots of playful flirting and deep conversation I just couldn't find a good opportunity to go in for a kiss. I did manage to playfully touch her a few times and she seemed receptive, but again for whatever reason I just couldn't get any further that that.

At the end of the day, dating is new to me, and because of this I'm not very skilled at reading situations fully enough or even taking some chances. She seems like she's down to go out again (she mentioned her schedule for the week a few times and suggested a few things me and her could do in the future), so I'll probably ask her out again one more time. I just hope I haven't ruined my chances because she really is a great girl. My question is what can I do to escalate a kiss during the date or after? What can I do to get a bit more physical during the date like handholding for example? Any date suggestions that could really help with these things? Is there any one with a similar situation who was successful in the end? Thanks guys! :)
