How to express an overwhelming love for someone?

The few upsides of BPD include feeling those good 'ol euphoric feelings more than others. But how does one express those feelings? My SO deserves to know how I feel, but I"ve tried writing it down being the prolific writer that I am, but to no avail. It never feels like it truly captures my love for him. When I'm in the right mood and think about him and our daughter, I could just explode with love. It's the best feeling, honestly, better than any drug I've ever used. I've made him cute things, like a personal box of open when cards I put a huge amount of effort into, poetry 3 pages long, I've drawn him, painted for him.. I give him full body massages several times a week, do everything I can to make things easier for him. Just to try and express my love for him. It CAN get too powerful and make my mind go in all directions at once and I need ideas on how to successfully express it so I can still function. ???
