How long do disputes take?

It's now been a week since I started the dispute against DrRelax for sending me crack instead of hash.

We have both put our case forward but there has been no resolution or reply from the moderator (Bigmuscles) yet.

Is this usual? Is it worth asking for an update in the dispute messages?
