Bug: I am NOT the Rocket Queen

There are some smaller threads on this, but nothing seemed to pick up traction, so consider this a repost for visibility sake, and I grabbed vids to back up the contention.

Pharah's voice line from the Uprising Event "I am the Rocket Queen!" does not play in certain skins. The only skin of which I personally have unlocked is the Raptorian.

I noticed this in mystery heroes, but it applies to Quickplay, the practice range, and even the hero gallery.

Edit: I hate reddit formatting so very, very much.
