KoG Tea Burn

I was really tilted after demoting to plat 1/gold 5 over and over again and noticed how since the meta is shifted to harpie with dimension gates, weevil burn and three star. There really wasn't a direct counter to burning lands and flame assailant because set monster could only be countered by OTC so opponents e-cons and mask of restrict were useless.
