Anyone want to tell me how trash my cube is?

Here is the link

I have updated it through suggestions I have gotten from here. Through cubing I have been able to bring together groups of 5-7 and have yet to fire off a full 8 man draft.

However, the cube has been a hit!

No one in my group had ever cubed before, and I have had a lot of positive feedback.

That being said, I know in terms of cube quality. Mine is not the most refined or the best. So if you would be so kind, tell me why my cube is terrible, and then after your done, maybe make a few suggestions so I can keep improving.

Thank you.
