Your impressions on this piano? Album and video in comments; if I decide I like it I will see about going back with a tuner to check it over.

It is a Conover baby grand piano; it measured about 57" x 66". The asking price is $2500. The serial number from what I could see is 293655, but I couldn't find any age online...they only went back to 1950 and the serial numbers were too high. The latest patent on the harp is 1921. My main concerns with it were a couple of chips in it. One over the single leg was the biggest, possibly done while moving? And the other I noticed was under where the lid closes on the right side. Visible by the brass piece on the first picture. They said it hasn't been tuned since refinishing the cabinet. I believe that was finished 2011. They only did work on the cabinet. She did it herself with guidance from someone who works on antiques.
The other thing I don't know what to make of is on the sound board. There looks to have been something spilled in the past. They said that before they refinished it the case was in really rough shape; stickers and cup rings all over; maybe something was spilled on it at some time. How badly will that compromise a piano? Will a tuner know when he comes to look at it if I decide to move further toward possibly buying it?
Please pardon how often I screw up in the video! I'm still learning the song. I wouldn't upload it except it's what I have for video of the piano :)
