What button do I bind to efficiently use target champions only when I normally have my finger placed on the 'A' key.

Generally I use the 'A' key for attack move. I know that it isn't necessary for me to hover that key when using target champs only because attack move counteracts its use, but it is a habit that I cannot stop doing.

So what alternatives can you offer to using the tilde key or the tab key? What are your own binds?
