PDF Privacy

Hello everyone,

I am not a web developer so please excuse me if I sound noob. I have a stock market newsletter website through weebly. Every Monday, I post a PDF newsletter by uploading it through my developer tools in the website. However, I don't want the PDF's to be downloadable/the links to be sharable. Is there any way to get around this?

For example, I'm able to post this link here and you'll be able to view the PDF and save it without having an account on my website. Any ideas?
