Budget Laptop for Dota/College

Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help recommend a budget laptop for both gaming and schooling. Preferably something which runs on Windows OS.

I'm from Malaysia and my budget is around 2000MYR to 3000MYR which is approximately 470USD to 650USD but I'm looking to get something hopefully in the 580USD range if possible.

I'm not sure what else I would want in terms of specs of the laptop. But I'd just like something decent which doesn't lag or have frame rate issues when playing the game. Perhaps something sub-optimal, thanks in advance guys!
