Memory Hunting - Zelda's Awakening

So I decided, after getting through two of the divine beasts and doing some sidequests, that I'd hunt down all the memories.

I've hit a stalling point though. There's one labeled "Zelda's Awakening" in a swamp area, and I go to the area, right where the map pointer is, and there's plenty of decayed guardians, but no sign of a glowy point. I've scoured the area, and things suggest there's also supposed to be some Spring of Power here? I don't see that, either. I don't see the glowy place. Just swamp and decayed guardians.

Is there a per-requisite for this memory and that spring?
