Full dps teams?

Is it me, or has there been alot of full dps teams recently? In quick play, almost every match we have at least 4-5 dps picks. I end up filling tank or healer but we almost always never have both. I feel like this is a more recent problem, or are least has increased in magnitude. Is anyone else noticing this?

I don't have a problem with filling, but a balanced team is important, especially because we almost always loose with 5 dps.
