Need help setting up a report text channel

Hello,

I'm in a Discord with quite a few members and I've been looking into making the following text channel:

• A staff channel that only staff members can read the messages of.
• Normal members are able to post pîctures, text into the said channel but can not see what other people post, remaining anonymous for their report (not to staff members, though).
• Staff members can chat freely in between the reports while being private to non-staff.

Is this possible?

Thank you.
