Zic-Hillic Columns

Does anyone here have any experience with Zic-Hillic columns?

I have just started in a lab where we are using an LC-MS setup to measure metabolites however the separation of retention times is horrible (especially for the amino acids). Along with this we are having trouble accurately reproducing tests.

If anyone has had any experience with these columns and could point me towards some useful papers I would be eternally grateful.

I have already scoured sci-finder, scholar, and reaxys for relevant papers but I am having trouble finding anything definitive or reproducible.
