Considering several ear piercings: Pros & Cons?
I'm planning on going to get another piercing next weekend, and even though I've always known what I wanted my next piercing to be, my mind has flooded with ideas now that this is a concrete plan. I only want to get one piercing right now, so I was wondering what the pros and cons of each of these would be, when compared to the other options. Also, I don't think I'm going to get all 3 of these in the future, purely because it would be a bit too crowded for my taste.
For reference, I'm planning on getting the piercing on my left ear, which already has a helix piercing (usually a stud) and a stretched (2g) lobe. Other ear just has a stretched lobe.
Tragus stud: This is the one I've wanted forever, but I'm a bit worried mine might be too small. I also use earbuds pretty much every day, and although I do use just my right earbud sometimes, I'm worried I could easily irritate the piercing. It also seems like this might be the most uncomfortable to sleep on once it's healed.
Daith curved barbell: I'm well aware that it's not proven to legitimately cure migraines but I do get headaches and migraines fairly often and if I could make them slightly better with a cool-looking piercing, I'd be all for it but I do think that aesthetically I prefer the other two.
Rook curved barbell: I have a pretty prominent rook, so I think that a piercing would look pretty cool there. I could see this one potentially being a bit uncomfortable to sleep on as well.
Thanks for the help!
