Does anyone know how to find out what team will be played in your TV market? I've googled and not come up with what I need. See inside for details.

I live 150 miles up the coast from LA and for as long as I've lived here, the Raiders are the team that gets played here on game afternoon. I'm worried that because the Dolts are in LA now, I'm only going to get their games. I was thinking of ditching NFL Sunday Ticket this year, but if I'm not in the Raiders market anymore, I'll have to keep it. Should I contact my local CBS station? (it's CBS that plays the afternoon AFC games, right?) Thanks!
