What ID would you guys suggest: Herc UT, SPB SC, or Idg0d new OH?

Sorry to be such a noob, but some friends and I are making a group order and we are eyeing these 3. Hoping to get some advice from you guys as to which is the best option.

We care most about the quality of the fake followed by fastest shipping time, and then price. But we would love to hear anything you guys have to say.

P.S. we also looked at SPB MO which has great reviews, but we are in MO and we're not sure if its worth taking the in-state risk.
