Embryonal Carcinoma?

so I'm a survivor of non hodgkins lymphoma. Been in remission for 2.5 years.

I recently found out that one of my best friends was diagnosed with embryonal carcinoma and im wondering what kind of information/support i can give him. What kind of treatment is he expecting? What are things to expect in general? I know every treatment is different - i just want to be able to be as supportive to him as he was for me during my bout with the beast. Any information/anecdotes at all would be super helpful. Thank you in advance.
