[TOMT] Commercial from the 80s (European) where at the end of it there is a newspaper resting on a hard penis, and then it gives a bounce. Was on a "funny commercials" VHS in the early/mid 90s.

So there was this VHS we would checkout at the library that was something along the lines of "World's funniest Commercials". One of the commercials involved i think a sauna, showed some nudity (titties), but at the end, it had this profile of a guy with a hardon with a newspaper or magazine resting on it, and then he gave it a little "bump". It was in some foreign (not english) language. Anyone happen to remember this or have a link to a video? My searches are pulling up nothing relevant.
