What is MDMA toxicity

I always see people say you want to avoid MDMA toxicity And yes of course that make sense it sounds bad, but i dont actually know what it is. I weight everything and count for body weight for dosing me and my friends to avoid toxicity. But i just don't know what it is, i would like to know so i can explain to my friends oh why you should be concerned, thank you
