Leather Lovera Clear Havana Cigar Pouch and Seattle Concrete Laundry Tray Co utility sink

My house was built in 1910. Both items were found in the house when I purchased it (the leather pouch was in a secret stash room I discovered after purchasing it) but these items date back prior to that.

I'm pretty sure the pouch is 1891 or thereabouts. There were some speculations online based on descriptions I found, however could not find an image of this specific pouch so am not sure where to start looking. http://imgur.com/J2m7NQ7
