Can you soloq on faceit nowdays ?

Faceit queing system is the most broken thing i ve seen. Every game i play i play against 5 man premade or there somebody with 30 avg kills against me this was happening on premium all the time because there s 10 people in que non premium is less unfair but it still is I just dont get why 5man premades cant play against 5 man premades
