Not feeling tanky as a Revenant? [780PR/41Mas]

Picture of my stats.

Returning player, and confused why I am just getting two shot in Uber-4 Dinosaur land. I've 9.7k hp and -8% damage from moonwing dragonling. Is my build wrong, should I be farming better gear somewhere else? I'm lost, last time I played I could access the sky realm, now its locked to 900PR.
