How hard would it be to get a decent bench?

If we can just fix this first, we can at least become a 50-55 ish win team. We lost in the first round because we lost every lead we had when Russ had to sit. We dont have the assets to get any good starters, but maybe if we build the bench up first we can see some significant improvement. Maybe get a starting forward later on.
