What about a Spirit Stone Sub-stat Transfer Ticket?

I'm sure everyone has been there, you power up a fodder stone for a unit as a place holder until you get your desired rare or unique for your player. then for some ungodly reason, that crappy stone gets AMAZING sub-stats and suddenly you are considering keeping the damn thing.

Since we got a amplified power up transfer ticket with the big patch recently, I'm just curious of how many people would like a Sub-stat Transfer Ticket. Of course, we should keep it to same grade spirit stone or lower to be eligible to transfer i.e. uniques can only be transferable to other uniques or below
