Egg Custard Bread pudding
There was this bread pudding i ate awhile ago in a restaurant i believe, where the bottom was like an egg custard and the top had bread. I tried to google for more info or recipes on how to make it and im not quite sure if they are doing the thing i saw at the restaurant. I was hoping someone could help me recreate this recipe or give me an idea about how to make it. Ive made plenty of bread puddings but never with an egg custard bottom. Theres a distinguishable layer where the moist bread starts and the custard begins. In most bread puddings the egg and the milk and other stuff just blend in together into one giant "french toast" xD.

Something like those.
I feel like no one will have any idea what im talking about lol.
