What can neurotypicals learn from sociopaths/psychopaths

Recently many books have come out concerning "The wisdom of psychopaths" and abilities they have which put them at an advantage in life. Certainly many of the sociopaths I know are successful on many fields such as dating. What life advice would you give to a neurotypical that you wanted to succeed?
