Can't update bios

I just saw that gigabyte released the new bios update. It is the beta version called F7a.

but evertime i want to install it i get this message from winrar:

I already went to the location and the files of the bios update are in there but when i click on the .exe file i get a message from windows that i can't run the application on my PC.

Is there a way i can fix this or is there another way to update your bios?
