Teammates fielding in RTTS as a pitcher are awful

Maybe it's cos I'm playing for the White Sox who are trash, but my teammates are regularly dropping flyballs and throwing the ball miles away when attempting double plays. SDS have certainly gimped your teammates in order for you to surrender more hits and runs. In my last couple of games there have been more ridiculous errors every game while I have played 6 seasons as a hitter in RTTS and the opponent has never dropped a flyball against me, ever.

Can this be remedied in any way through settings or anything like that? Just to make it similar to default AI fielding values.
