Superior Romulan Operative questions

Hello all.. I became a bit confused since i went again to the Embassy to check for SRO's. At the moment i have one, or at least i thought i have... because now comparing the description of the Abilities, etc. it made me think again....

check this image of my Romulan compared with the description in the embassy console: http://imgur.com/a/RVPuX

So, in fact my Romulan is a Tactical purple Boff and it says Superior Romulan operative at his Space trait... but where is the Superior Subterfuge mentioned?? +Cloacking +Defense +Damage
on mine i get +2% Crit chance +5% Crit. Severity +15% Power recharge Speed of Cloacking

What am i missing?? is this the same thing, but in different words??
