230 pounds. EVERYTHING I eat is unhealthy. No idea how to get down.
For nearly all my life I was the skinny kid. The kid who ate whatever he wanted and there were no consequences. I had terrible eating habits both because I had no desire to eat healthily and because my weight was never an issue. In the past few years, however, I really packed it on. I'm not at all used to this or being this heavy. I want to count calories, and I have before, but I meet my caloric intake EXTREMELY quickly just because everything I eat is garbage. I've tried to make myself enjoy healthier foods prepared in healthier ways to no avail. Even when I eat cleaner, I feel unsatisfied. Like I need more. I don't want to get heavier. I don't even want to be this heavy. But I don't know how to change my habits in a sustainable way. I don't eat proper meals. And even if I did, they're never "healthy" or low calorie foods. My issue is entirely my relationship with food and the fact everything I enjoy is unhealthy. I understand I don't have to give up all foods I love entirely. But how do I train myself to like foods that I despise? I barely like any fruits. Vegetables are almost intolerable to me. I can handle spinach only because it has very little flavor raw. I don't know. I'm lost. Any help?
