Ball Funk

I have a goldicocks penis with very large balls (4x average). Occasionally I will start growing a funk between my balls and the crease in my leg. I put Neosporin on it and it goes away in a couple of days but want to try to prevent the condition. Due to my size I cannot free ball or wear boxers during the day, but sometimes it even develops when I free ball at night. Any thoughts? Thx
