[USA-IL] [H] Paypal [W] 750 TI (or GPU of similar value)

I recently sold my RX 470 because of the miner bonanza and because all I play is Overwatch, and I don't really need the horsepower. So, I am looking for a GPU close to a GTX 750 ti for around 55$.

Please just send offers and we can work something out. :)
