Does Sack Head (Part 2) Jason cause crashes [Xbox One]?

I've noticed (both before and after the patch) whenever I'm selected to be Jason and have Sack Head equipped the game crashes, either immediatly after the opening cutscene or within the first 5 minutes.

I'm aware of the general stability issues, but it's happening so consistently I'm starting to think it may be a specific issue to this character.

Has anyone had similar experiences with Sack Head on either Xbox One or other platforms?
